1. BOOKING & PAYMENT

  • A non-refundable booking fee and a signed booking form are required to secure your wedding date.

  • No booking is confirmed until both are received.

  • The final balance is due 14 days before the wedding.

  • Trial payments and travel costs are payable prior to service by bank transfer.

2. SERVICES

  • Evangeline will provide professional makeup services as outlined in your booking form.

  • All products and equipment are supplied.

  • Services will be performed with care and in a timely manner at the agreed location.

  • Evangeline is responsible for arranging her own travel to and from your venue.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The bride is responsible for full payment, including any travel or parking fees.

  • The bride is also responsible for ensuring any unpaid balances from their bridal party are settled.

  • It is strongly recommended that the bride takes out wedding insurance to protect against unexpected changes or cancellations.

  • All parties are expected to comply with current hygiene and safety guidelines.

4. CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • Cancellations between the trial and 4 months before the wedding: No refund of any fees paid.

  • Cancellations within 4 months of the wedding: The full balance is still due within 14 days.

  • Postponements: Evangeline will honour bookings if she is available and the service remains like-for-like. A third date change may incur a small additional fee.

  • If Evangeline is unavailable on a new date, the original deposit remains non-refundable.

  • If a replacement artist is arranged due to restrictions or scheduling conflicts, a small transfer deposit will apply.

5. SERVICES & ADDITIONAL ATTENDEES

  • Only those listed on the original booking form are guaranteed services.

  • Additional party members may be added if time allows, and must be confirmed at least 1 month in advance.

  • If any attendees cancel after being booked, their fee is still payable in full.

6. LIABILITY & ALLERGIES

  • Clients must inform Evangeline of any known allergies or sensitivities.

  • Evangeline is not liable for any reactions where information was not disclosed.

  • All tools and products are cleaned to professional hygiene standards.

 

7. PHOTOGRAPHY & ADVERTISING

  • With your consent, Evangeline may take photos of your makeup for her portfolio, website, or social media.

  • She may also contact your photographer for professional images, again with permission.

  • You can opt out of this at any time by request.

 

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

  • These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Evangeline Artistry.

  • Any changes or amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

  • In the event of a dispute, the prevailing party may be entitled to legal costs.
