Cancellation Policy

BOOKING YOUR BRIDAL TRIAL Bridal Trials are available at Evangeline Artistry’s home studio (Wakefield / West Yorkshire) or as a travel-to-you appointment (subject to availability and travel fee). Appointments are confirmed once booked and paid in full. TRIAL PAYMENTS All trials must be paid in advance by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations are not refunded. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule and is subject to availability. Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the payment being forfeited and a new payment required to rebook. WHAT’S INCLUDED Your trial includes consultation, tailored skin prep, full bridal makeup, refinements, longevity guidance and product suggestions. This is a calm, luxury appointment designed to prepare you for your wedding day. INSPIRATION Inspiration images are welcome. Pinterest images may be heavily edited and not reflect real-life results. For the most accurate reference, clients are encouraged to use Evangeline Artistry’s Instagram. External inspiration is most helpful when chosen from someone with similar colouring. Final looks are always tailored to the Bride’s features and style. BRIDAL PORTAL & SCHEDULING Inspiration, notes, dress details and preferences can be uploaded via the Bridal Portal. Trials are recommended around 3 months before the wedding, subject to availability. Booking details will be sent by email. WHAT TO BRING Please bring or send your inspiration, dress or bridal vibe, wedding theme, tan details if applicable and any favourite lip colours. Lash extensions must be advised in advance. SKIN PREP Arrive makeup-free with clean skin. If wearing tan on the wedding day, attend your trial with the same tan where possible. Avoid new skincare, peels, waxing or strong actives in the week before. Any allergies or sensitivities must be disclosed before the appointment. TRAVEL TRIALS Travel trials incur a quoted fee. Parking or permits are the client’s responsibility. A clean, well-lit space is required. PHOTOS Photos or videos may be taken for your bridal file and portfolio. Please advise if you do not wish to be featured. AGREEMENT By booking and paying for your Bridal Trial, you confirm you have read and agreed to this policy.
