Perfect for those with fine brow hairs who want to keep the colour fresh, or those who just like a defined brow PATCH TEST REQUIRED FOR NEW CLIENTS (up to 24 hours before latest)


Cancellation Policy

1. SERVICES COVERED These terms apply to HD Brows, Brow Lamination, Brow Wax, Thread & Tint, Lash Lift, Lash Tint and Special Occasion Makeup. 2. BOOKING & APPOINTMENTS • Appointments are first-come, first-served. • Please arrive on time. Arrivals over 10 minutes late may be shortened or rescheduled. • Missed appointments without notice may result in refusal of future bookings. 3. PATCH TESTS & HEALTH • Patch tests are mandatory for lash and brow treatments and must be done at least 48 hours before your appointment. • Patch tests are valid for 6 months unless your health, medication or allergies change. • You must update me on any health or medication changes before every treatment. • Failure to disclose information may lead to refusal of treatment or adverse reactions, for which I cannot be held liable. 4. CANCELLATIONS • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. • Less than 48 hours’ notice may affect future bookings. 5. HEALTH & HYGIENE • Please attend with clean, makeup-free eyes or brows where relevant. • Do not attend if unwell or contagious. • All equipment is sanitised between clients to ensure safety. 6. RESULTS & AFTERCARE • Results vary based on hair growth, skin type and aftercare. • Aftercare must be followed for best results. • No refunds are offered for dissatisfaction unless a service fault is identified. 7. SPECIAL OCCASION MAKEUP • Makeup appointments take place at my home studio unless agreed otherwise. • Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. • Late arrival may reduce your appointment time. 8. PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA • With your consent, before/after photos may be used for marketing. • Consent can be withdrawn at any time. 9. LIABILITY • You are responsible for disclosing allergies, sensitivities and medical changes before every appointment. • I am not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed information. • All treatments follow industry standards and safety protocols. 10. AGREEMENT By booking with Evangeline Artistry, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Policies may be updated and will be available on request or via my website. 11.
